Audit log generated by Ranger plugin has the resource details in a stringified
form, for example: {{db1/tbl1}} for Hive table {{tbl1}} in database {{db1}}.
This formatting of resources is handled by RangerAccessResourceImpl.
It will be useful to enable implementations of RangerAccessResourceImpl to
customize the string format of the resource.
