Added missing dependency jars like zookeeper and jackson in
ranger-ozone-plugin-impl folder. Also added libext folder under lib for ozone
to load the shim and classloader jars properly.

Testing
-------
1. Verified all the jars are included as part to packaging.
2. Patched a test cluster and verified that the solr audits are working fine
