Testing
-------
1. Verified the tar file that is generated for ozone plugin contains all the
dependency jars
2. Also patched cluster with these jar in the ozone plugin impl folder and
verified the plugin is initialized successfully, download of policies is
successful, and basic ozone resource authorization is successful.
