NPE check in audit generation in RangerHDFSPlugin to avoid possible issues.
There may be cases when authorization result may be null when
RangerPolicyEngine for plugins are not fully built, and this may cause NPE. Fix
for this will check for NPE and make the plugin fall back to HDFS acl.
