As part of usersync performance improvements (RANGER-2986), disabling
usersearch option is removed. This forces customers to configure user search
related properties and complex user search filter in order to retrieve users
from a group if there is no "memberof" overlay supported in the LDAP server.
Add support to provide option to disable user search and instead use group
member attribute to retrieve users from a group.
