Support for audit to RDBMS was removed a long time back - RANGER-900. This Jira
is to track removal of code that implements audit-to-rdbms, and relevant config
and packaging. This will help avoid packaging of unused libraries, like
eclipselink and javax.persistence, in Ranger plugins.
