Steps to reproduce :-
1. Login with admin user.
2. Add one user with admin role.
3. On ranger access audit deselect some column.
4. Logout from admin user and login with new user created.
5. Go to access audit page, you will see the changes are still present.

Testing
-------
1. Used admin and auditor type users in scenario to verify whether issue was
fixed and working for each user type.
2. Checked functionality of Exclude Users checkbox alongside scenario.
3. Tried multiple checkmarks in addition to scenario to verify issue doesn't
exist when multiple columns are selected.
4. Verified above items in new UI.
