Default audit filters should be automatically configured when ranger repos are
created.
We will add the default ranger audit-filter as service-def config in the
service-def.json
*Service creation API* : At the time of service creation default audit-filters
will be available as part of service-def config. By default will be adding
default audit-filters when service API is called, unless user purposely send
"ranger.plugin.audit.filters":"" as blank.
*Service creation from UI* : At the time of service creation default
audit-filters will be available as part of service-def config and will show it
on audit filter section of service. creation page.

agents-common/src/main/resources/audit-filters/

audit filters if not already present and add it as service config.
*Service creation from UI* : will fetch the default audit filters show it on
