When there are 2 Solr services, infra solr and solr in a cluster, and Ranger
plugin is enabled on non-infra solr, Ranger Audits are not shown in Ranger UI.
After debugging, we noticed that there is an internode communication failure
with ConfigurableInternodeAuthHadoopPlugin. The related solr side issue is
SOLR-15233.
