Atlas is rolling out new
feature([ATLAS-4335|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ATLAS-4335]) using
which Atlas Hooks will be sending notifications directly to Atlas via the new
rest interface. The rest service will perform an authentication check and
permission("service-notification-post") must be required for using this service.
This permission can be given to the user(service user) on the resource
"atlas-service" through Ranger UI.
Display name for the permission must be "Post Hook Notifications".
