This JIRA is to handle the commands that are unknown to RangerHiveAuthorizer
which may come for authorization as a result of enhancements in Hive.
These commands should be rejected in Ranger with denied permissions. Currently
the commands are getting executed successfully without any notice and this is
not a right way especially if the commands are vulnerable to security issues.
