Most of the Apache projects including Apache hadoop releases binaries so that
users can start installing from binaries rather spending most of the time on
fixing the build, Later requires lot more effort and very importantly not all
environment give freedom to build easily.
Can someone help here why this isn't the case with ranger and help resolve this
issue.
