Ranger resource matcher provides an option to ignore-case while comparing a
resource name with the value specified in policy. This helps in various
services (like Hive, HBase) where resource names are case insensitive. Some
services support case-sensitive when identifier is quoted, and case-insensitive
for unquoted identifiers. Resource matcher should be updated to support this
use case.
