Additionally 3
Logback.xml is placed in ews/webapp/WEB-INF, which is quite different from
other configuration files ( ews/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/conf ). It is a bit
strange.
I think we should move it ews/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/conf and put a default in
ews/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/conf.dist.
Additionally 4
The files ews/webapp/WEB-INF/\{log4j.xml,log4j-dev.xml} seem to be useless
because we no longer use log4j.
