In Docker setup, of Ranger tagsync is configured with FileTagSource to help
demonstrate tag-based policies. At the time of tagsync startup, if Ranger admin
is not available, tag upload fails and tagsync doesn't retry. It requires
tagsync restart to resolve this issue.
It will help to have FileTagSource retry tag upload in case of failure in
reaching Ranger.
