[~pradeep] - with utf8mb4, schema creation fails for x_portal_user table even
before this patch - due to large columns notes, other_attributes, sync_source.
The safe option to address this issue seem to use TEXT instead of VARCHAR for
these columns. This needs to be addressed in a separate patch. For this JIRA, I
suggest to go with TEXT for the new column old_passwords.
