**Problem statement:** While testing upgrade from ranger 0.7 to latest, found
that sql patch 037 for mysql is failing, also patch 051 is failing for
ms-sqlserver.
**Proposed solution:** Sql script of both the patches need to be corrected to
avoid the failure cases.

Testing
-------
1) For mysql patch 037: Installed ranger admin 0.7 with mysql db flavor,
started ranger-admin service and created ranger service and policies.
Stopped ranger-admin.
Then Installed ranger-admin with patch and provided the same db configs used in
ranger 0.7 install. With proposed patch, sql patch 37 was applied and
installation finished successfully.
2) For mssql patch 051: Installed ranger admin 0.7 with mssql db flavor,
started ranger-admin service and created ranger service and policies.
Stopped ranger-admin.
Then Installed ranger-admin with patch and provided the same db configs used in
ranger 0.7 install. With proposed patch, sql patch 51 was applied and
installation finished successfully.
