This is a follow-up of RANGER-2426.
Kafka Core dependency has already been removed from tagsync as part of the
mentioned ticket, but since the _distro/src/main/assembly/tagsync.xml_ contains
this dependency, it is included in the distribution.

The goal is to remove this from the assembly.
