I will take this task for the below rest API's:

/api/roles/name/{name}/addUsersAndGroups
/api/roles/{id}/removeUsersAndGroups
/api/roles/{id}/removeAdminFromUsersAndGroups
{code}
and add the new APIs which support for roleName instead of roleId
