Ranger policy engine uses Nashorn JavaScript engine to evaluate expressions in
policies. Starting with JDK15, Nashorn engine is not available with JDK. When
Nashorn engine is not available, Graal JS engine should be considered
(https://www.graalvm.org/22.3/reference-manual/js/).
