Similar to other apache products having official docker images on dockerhub
([https://hub.docker.com/u/apache]), ranger can have its own image published to
the repository as well.
To begin with this can be just ranger-admin and its dependencies.
It'll be good to have one ranger image published to dockerhub with every apache
release.
