As part of RANGER-3153 fix , we changed TLS to TLSv1.2
Still, the following classes are using TLS
RangerRESTClient
RangerSslHelper
BaseAuditHandler
RemoteUnixLoginModule
DefaultSchemaRegistryClient
NiFiRegistryConnectionMgr
So, we need to change the above classes as well
