[~bpatel] - fixes in RANGER-3989 address several KMS issues, including
performance issues. These fixes are available in 2.4.0, but not in 2.3.0.
Consider trying the latest build from ranger-2.4 branch.
To troubleshoot further, can you add contents of logs directory of Ranger KMS?
