[~ramackri] - once user/role/policy/tag are cached in Ranger admin, they are
not cleared from the cache. Some of these cached objects might not be required,
hence clearing them will free up memory in Ranger admin - which can help
improve the performance by avoiding potential gc); this is particularly helpful
in HA deployments, to clear caches from some instances.
