For making Apache Ranger accessible for all as open-source should be we need to
create a Helm chart or Kustomize for apache ranger such that everyone will be
able to run Apache Ranger in production on k8s.
it should be simple enough because we already have a docker-compose structure
so we just need to convert it to k8s templates yamls
