Anatoly updated RANGER-4621:
----------------------------
    Description:
If some component that the plugin is designed for moves to another server, the
old address freezes forever in ranger admin on the plugin status page.
You can delete these records manually in the database (in our case, this is
Postgresql), but you want this process to be automated and deleted either after
some time or at the command of the administrator
