We are encountering an issue where a '404 Not Found' page is displayed when
attempting to assign two or more groups to a user during the editing process.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
2. Click on a USER to edit.
3. In the Groups dropdown, select two or more groups.
4. Click the Save button.
Expected Result:
The user should be updated with the selected groups
Actual Result:
'404 Not Found' page is displayed
