[~madhan] Thanks again for your review and providing the code changes. I tested
kms setup and kms plugin setup，and I haven’t observed the error of "
NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/hadoop/thirdparty/com/google/common/base/Preconditions
" after merging RANGER-4807-4.patch.
