Description:
This Jira tracks following failures in policy UI:
* Test Connection functionality that validates service configurations to
connect to HBase
* auto-completion as users enter HBase table/column-family names
[~bhavikpatel] identified the root cause: missing following telemetry
libraries in the HBase plugin packaged in Ranger admin:
* opentelemetry-api
* opentelemetry-context
* opentelemetry-semconv
