The failure in Test Connection and resource-lookup for Hive services is due to
libraries {{hive-exec-3.1.3.jar}} and {{libthrift-0.14.0.jar}} having different
versions of {{TSocket}} class. Removing {{libthrift-0.14.0.jar }}from following
locations resolves this issue:
* ews/webapp/WEB-INF/lib/libthrift-0.14.0.jar
* ews/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/ranger-plugins/hive/libthrift-0.14.0.jar
[~rmani] - can you please help in resolving this issue? If libthrift library is
not necessary in Ranger admin server, let's remove it.
