RANGER-5274 : Test Cases for Security-Admin Module: Package[service]
## How was this patch tested?
Build successful along with test cases.
As per Jacoco
Apache -> Security-Admin Module
Packages Covered
org.apache.ranger.service -> 22% to 59% Coverage
Enhanced unit test coverage for the Security-Admin module under the service
package. Existing JUnit4 test cases were migrated to JUnit5, and additional
test cases were introduced to improve code coverage as per Jacoco analysis.
