Description:
Upgrade the packages used in the Ranger React UI library to the following
versions to incorporate the latest fixes, improvements, and security updates:
* qs: 6.9.6 → 6.14.1
* express: 4.21.2 → 4.22.1
* node-forge: 1.3.1 → 1.3.3
