Ranger currently references Kafka version 2.8.2. This should be updated to the
latest available 3.x Kafka version, 3.9.1.
Later version of Kafka, 4,x, replaced use of Zookeeper with KRaft which might
casue backward compatibility issue, especially in tagsync to receive
notifications from Atlas. This update should be tracked with a separate JIRA.
