Summary: Test Connection not working for services in HDFS

The "Test Connection" functionality fails within the Ranger Admin UI when
attempting to validate the connection configuration for an HDFS service
instance. This occurs even though the underlying core Apache Ranger services
and target Hadoop/HDFS containers are up and running .
