On first boot, {{ranger-hadoop-setup.sh}} runs {{{}chown -R hdfs:hadoop
/opt/hadoop/{}}}. On some hosts this takes 30+ minutes and blocks the
{{ranger-hadoop}} healthcheck. Hive, HBase, and other services then fail
waiting for Hadoop to become healthy.
