The test cases under {{{}xuserrest{}}}, {{{}rolerest{}}}, {{{}servicerest{}}},
and {{tagrest}} in the {{functional-tests}} directory are taking significantly
longer to execute compared to previous runs. Earlier, these tests typically
completed within one to two minutes, but they are now taking several hours.
This needs to be investigated to determine whether the increased execution time
is expected or indicates an actual issue.
