Summary: Getting Blank page after adding a new group

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into application as admin
2. Go to Users/Groups Tab > Group tab
3. Add new group
4. Save the group
+Expected Result:+ On "Save" the group should be added and user should be
navigated to group listing page
+Actual Result:+ The group gets added, but after that a blank page is rendered.
+WorkAround: + Have to refresh the page to get back the group listing page.
