Fixes for issues found while using clients that use Public API from the
pervious version (ranger-0.4):
- VXResource.resourceName was incorrectly formatted for Hive and Knox
- VXPolicy.resourceName field was not set
- Lists returned didn't have few attributes, like totalCount, populated
