Summary: Resource name is not easily readable in Ranger access logs

The Resource name in Ranger access log is too verbose and include the full
absolute path with no easy visibility to the actual resource that was acted
upon. Tried to create an HDFS folder, copy a file to HDFS folder and delete a
file from an HDFS folder. Expected to see the actual file name but due to the
verbose nature of the path, filename was not visible.
