Rename attribute "id" in the following objects to "itemId" - to avoid confusion 
with generated ID in database entities:
- RangerEnumDef
- RangerEnumElementDef
- RangerServiceConfigDef
- RangerResourceDef
- RangerAccessTypeDef
- RangerPolicyConditionDef
- RangerContextEnricherDef
