Fix For: 0.5.0
While upgrading Ranger from 0.4 to 0.5, repositories and policies in 0.4 are
migrated to their 0.5 equivalent. For a Hive repository in 0.4 having 2
policies - 1) database/table/column 2) database/udf, the corresponding service
in 0.5 had only one policy.
