When a longer text is present in a custom-condition, the column is widened to
show all the text in a single-line. This makes the columns to the right of
'Policy Conditions' column to go out of the page.
To be able to see all the columns (in a reasonable browser window size), I
would suggest to limit a max-width for the columns.
