With enhancements in RANGER-606, Ranger support 2 new types of policies: DENY,
EXCLUSIVE_ALLOW. This is in addition to existing policies, which are of type
ALLOW.
Policy listing page should be updated with a new column 'Policy Type', perhaps
right next to 'Policy Name'.
