Gautam Borad updated RANGER-688:
--------------------------------
    Description:
If by any chance, the User/Group permissions had been accidentally removed from
the Ranger Admin user. There doesn't, however, seem to be any way to restore
those permissions again.

*STEPS TO REPRODUCE:*
Create a XPortalUser using curl command
Create a user from Ranger UI having admin rights
Log into the Ranger Admin console as a user with admin rights.
Locate the "Settings" menu at the top and select "Permissions"
Click on Users/Groups
Remove the admin user from the list.
Log out and try to restore the admin user to the list of users for User/Group
permissions.

*ACTUAL RESULTS:*
Can't restore the Admin user's permissions at all, even with another user that
has Admin rights to the Ranger console. Ranger ends up picking users that are
totally different than the admin user, no matter what.

*EXPECTED RESULTS:*
Should be able to add the admin user back to the list.
