To setup Ranger with repositories that are using custom ContextEnricher and
ConditionEvaluator implementation, I need to install the JAR files (with my
custom dynamic-policy implementation) to:
* Ranger Admin UI software
* each Ranger plugin for each repository that is registered within Ranger admin
As a system admin, I would like to have simple centralized distribution of
those plugins across all Ranger plugins, so I do not have manually manipulate
with the JAR files every time we introduce a new custom dynamic-policy.
