[~thejas] please consider including an abstract class for HiveAuthorizer
interface in Hive library. This will help Hive to evolve the interface without
breaking existing implementations. And the implementations that extend the
abstract class (instead of implementing the interface), can choose to override
only the methods which are of interest to the implementation.
