I don't believe that whoever signed the tarball has placed their key in
the ranger.asc file. When I check the key signature I get:
gates> gpg --verify apache-ranger-incubating-0.5.1.tar.gz.asc
apache-ranger-incubating-0.5.1.tar.gz
gpg: Signature made Sun Jan 10 10:54:06 2016 PST using RSA key ID FA03B08A
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found
