Description:
Ranger has two different Tomcat versions, 7.0.55 and an older dependency on
commons-el (5.5.23). This task is to update the latter dependency so that we
can have unified Tomcat versions. In addition, this patch contains an update to
use Tomcat 7.0.68, due to numerous security vulnerabilities that have been
recently fixed:
