The SaveVersion python script in ranger-util is not working. The generated
source is being output in ranger-util/src and not included in the generated jar
as a result.
In addition, I've removed the unnecessary hadoop-common dependency, and changed
it to hadoop-annotations, which simplifies the dependency management in the pom
a lot.
