Thanks, but the download page really needs a link to the KEYS file at:
https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ranger/KEYS
Ideally the sig and hash links should also use https.
Also the page does not describe how to verify the integrity of files.
For example:
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi#verify
BTW, if you use links of the form
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua?filename=incubator/ranger/0.5.2-incubating/apache-ranger-incubating-0.5.2.tar.gz&action=download
This saves the user from having to navigate the mirrors page
